Grazing tables serving 50 to 300+ people consisiting of artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, nuts, olives, crudite (hummus and vegetables) including bread and crackers.
Grazing Tables
Set consisits of 45 minutes to 1.5 hours prior to the event onsite. Includes all serving boards, risers, cheese knives, and serving tongs.
Our process is simple: Native Provisions will come to your event site, set up prior to serving time, and then leave.
We supply some seasonal garnish, but suggest you have a flower arrangement or two to add to the table.
"Grazing” estimations are based on appetizer portions.
Table, plates, napkins, and flatwear not supplied.
At an additional charge of $100 clean up is completed at the end of your event.
If you do not wish to pay for clean up all left over ingredients can be composted or thrown away, boards should be rinsed and rentured (to 3983 Grandview Dr. Hood River, OR) by 8am the morning after the event.
Native Provisions must be paid a clean up fee for day of or morning after clean up, or must be able to collect all boards, linens and baskets the morning after the event. In the event items are missing the customer is liable for the replacement cost of the item.
All bookings require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time.
Please note that your date will be "booked" once a $500 non-refundable deposit or payment in full is made. Remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.
